Although always an entrepreneur at heart, Nicole’s professional career started in the pharmaceutical industry in sales and then as a Senior Learning and Development professional for over 10 years where she designed, developed and facilitated training curriculum for more than 500 sales professionals. Following her passion into Commercial Real Estate she later founded the Reid James Commercial Real Estate Group, a dedicated full-time commercial real estate team proudly serving the Greater Toronto Area. Nicole is thrilled to bring her learning based mindset and commercial experience together to create a commercial GPS designed to crack the code for other agents eager to learn about commercial real estate and intentional on understanding the practical know-how and tools required to bring successful deals together, serving entrepreneurs everywhere.
